Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Omers Administration Corp. have been looking to sell their combined 64% stake in AB Ports, seeking a deal that values the business at around £10 billion ($13.6 billion), the people said. Omers was part of the original consortium that first took AB Ports private in 2006.
