Futures on the London Metal Exchange rose as much as 1.2% on Thursday, climbing immediately after the opening of China’s main bourse before paring the advance to around 0.2%. Copper prices are being supported by restocking in China and low inventories, said Wanqiu Xu, senior analyst at Cofco Futures Co.
