First lady Melania Trump poked fun at her low profile throughout her husband's second term during a White House event Thursday, making her first major public appearance since mid-July. “Good afternoon,” the first lady greeted press at the White House Rose Garden for an event highlighting her new foster care scholarship initiative. “I heard you missed me.
