(Nasdaq: MFP) said second quarter net sales increased 13.2% to $245 million compared to the year prior, with net earnings reaching $11 million against $29 million. Estimated adjusted EBITDA rose 10.6% to $42 million vs. the previous year, above the provided guidance range of $37 to $41 million, it stated. The company reported strong demand with orders increasing 16% to $275 million and a record backlog of $446 million at quarter-end. Midera also raised its 2026 guidance and now expects net sales growth of 11%, organic net sales growth of 6%, and estimated adjusted EBITDA growth of 20%, it said.
